Repair Package Specialist VAN - German & English, Engineering - Netherlands, Maastricht

Our client is a well-known international car manufacturer and its Global service & parts (GSP)/warranty department which ensures worldwide warranty and goodwill for its customers is currently looking for a Repair Package Specialist VAN (m/f/d) with German and English language skills. The overall purpose of this role is to create and update repair packages for simple and complex repairs for our customer's retailers worldwide and communicate and avoid unjustified warranty and goodwill costs.

What will be your key responsibilities:

Creating new repair packages for easy and complex repairs, for high W&G costs and high-priority W&G topics
Reviewing and approving content of automatically generated repair packages
Updating repair packages in case specifications or positions changed
Correcting or amending repair packages based on market feedback
Providing appropriate answers to markets’ feedback
Setting upper limits for each repair package to be used in warranty applications for warranty claims selection and assessment
Creating repair packages based on published repair documents and other necessary MB requirements
Avoiding unjustified warranty and goodwill costs
Increasing efficiency of repair packages usage at dealers worldwide
Communicating, when necessary, with the technical departments GSP/TP etc. to align on repair package content
Communicating, when necessary, with the departments (GSP/BW, GSP/O, MPCs/MOCs etc.) to gain clarification of technical details
Reporting relevant key performance indicators frequently

What experience should you have:

Excellent German (C2) and fluency in English (B2)
Experience in VAN or Car mechanic industry
Highly professional and consistent communication skills
Ability to manage complexity under high pressure and stress
