Payroll Specialist (m/f/d), People-s-place GmbH, Netherlands, Maastricht
Our client is a worldwide popular car manufacturer and its Customer Service Center is the central point of contact in Europe, caring for the needs of current and prospective customers. Our client is currently seeking to hire Payroll Specialist (m/f/d) in Maastricht who manages oversees, maintains all company benefits programs and do the needed payroll tasks.
What will be your key responsibilities:
- Manages the monthly payroll run
- Makes sure that all payroll related changes (mutations) are processed in a timely and correct manner
- Safeguard all legal payroll related requirements with regards to international mobility
- Processes all changes related to shift work, overtime, illness and other absenteeism, contract endings and whatever needs to changes compared to the standard
- Benchmarks on a regularly basis the Compensation and Benefits policy and its elements both internally and externally
- Evaluate corporate payroll topics and implement / adapt local policies and guidelines accordingly
- Is responsible for maintaining a 100% proof payroll audit system and clear audit trail.
- Subject matter expert with regards to pension and employee insurances
- Responsible for optimizing and executing HR reporting
- Represents the company to external stakeholders as the Public Social Security department
- Is the first contact point for the expatriates of the CAC
- Defines the HR-related administrative organization related to contracts, transfers, and dismissals.
What experience should you have:
- Bachelor of comparable in finance or Human Resources
- Professional salary administration courses related to salary payment, social security law, tax and, pensions
- Able to work in a multicultural environment
- Very good analytical skills
- Expert knowledge of Excel
