What would be your role:

• Performing Key Control Testing from a First Line of Defense perspective
• Compare Global standards with local policies for different locations of the company
• The effective execution of Key Control Testing
• Implementing changes to different processes to achieve standardization
• Analyzing differences in testing processes in cooperation with Business Control Officers and Process Owners
• Proposing best resolutions and practices according to global standards
• Communicating with a variety of stakeholders across the company

What makes you a suitable candidate?

• 2+ years of experience in relevant field (internal audits, risk management, etc.)
• Understanding banking processes and NFR is a huge advantage
• University degree in Banking, Finance, Audit, Risk Management, ...
• Attention to detail
• Organization and time-keeping skills
• Ability to assess and evaluate risk, plus implement solutions
• Excellent reporting skills
• The ability to keep calm under pressure, especially when there are tight deadlines
• The ability to think objectively
