Senior Accountant/Financial Manager, Aspenstaff, Bratislavský kraj, Bratislava
We are offering you a great opportunity to join the team as a Senior Accountant/Financial Manager. We are seeking an experienced and ambitious individual who will be responsible for accounting functions and financial operations management of the company.
What will be your key responsibilities:
You will also be responsible for:
- Overseeing and processing accounting tasks, including bookkeeping, invoicing, bank transactions, and preparation of financial statements,
- Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and statements in compliance with applicable regulations and standards,
- Approving domestic and international wires,
- Monitoring daily cash activities,
- Identifying anomalies and recommending improvements in efficiency and compliance,
- Monitoring and analyzing financial statements,
- Planning and monitoring the company's budget and ensuring adherence to accounting procedures,
- Reconciling General Ledger balances and assisting the Controller with monthly financial statements,
- Monitoring all prepayments and accruals,
- Reporting to supervisor (CEO of the company),
- Monitoring the internal rate of return,
- Analysing existing and new projects,
- Co-operation with the sales department.
What experience should you have:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting or financial management, with team leadership experience being a significant advantage,
- Excellent knowledge of accounting standards and regulations,
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken,
- Knowledge of the economic accounting software Helios,
- Excellent analytical and communication skills,
- Proficient Microsoft skills,
- Ability to meet deadlines and work independently.
