What will be your key responsibilities:
- Write well-optimized SQL queries, data pipelines and curated data products
- Work with business to understand the requirements, change requests and document them
- Build logic to solve complex business requirements using advanced SQL/PLSQL concepts
- Maintain and enhance the logical and physical data model of the data warehouse
- Delivery of regular data product deliverables for business continuity and operations
- Consistently work on new requirements, develop code and ship new enhancements
What experience should you have:
- Experience in MS Azure-based data tools like Spark, DataBricks, Airflow, DataFactory
- Strong experience in database development for relational systems preferably SQL Server
- Extensive experience in creating business-oriented data models, and pipelines and fulfilling complex business requirements with data products
- Good understanding of Business Models, DB Architecture, Estimations, Reengineering, Capacity Sizing, Data Security, upgrades & Migrations
- Good knowledge of design & implementation of complete data landscape including data ingestion, data storage, data processing and data consumption
- Minimum 3 years experience as Data Engineer in a product-oriented setup
- Experience in using CI/CD automation tools
