Our client is a prominent industry leader in compounding and extrusion, feeding and weighing, and bulk material handling, with a strong global presence and entities in multiple locations worldwide.

We are currently seeking an After Sales Service Administrator (m/f/d) to join our client's spare parts & service department team in Niel. The role primarily involves handling quotations and orders within their service department. 

What will be your key responsibilities:

  • Handling BeNeLux customer requests for service & spare parts, together with colleagues from Belgium and other sites
  • Establishing and maintaining customer satisfaction
  • Ensuring the accuracy of quotations regarding the chosen equipment, pricing and commercial terms
  • Reviewing of contracts for acceptance and ensuring compliance with established policies and procedures
  • Following up larger quotations

What experience should you have:

  • Few years of experience in a similar role
  • Able to efficiently work in Dutch and English languages
  • Experience with MS Office applications and ideally SAP
  • Basic commercial and financial understanding
  • Basic technical understanding
  • Experience in a mechanical service-oriented company is considered an advantage
  • Legal knowledge regarding T&C is considered an advantage
  • Team player attitude and good communication skills
  • Results-focused, efficient and flexible personality
