Our client is a prominent industry leader in compounding and extrusion, feeding and weighing, and bulk material handling, with a strong global presence and entities in multiple locations worldwide.
We are currently seeking an After Sales Service Administrator (m/f/d) to join our client's spare parts & service department team in Niel. The role primarily involves handling quotations and orders within their service department.
What will be your key responsibilities:
- Handling BeNeLux customer requests for service & spare parts, together with colleagues from Belgium and other sites
- Establishing and maintaining customer satisfaction
- Ensuring the accuracy of quotations regarding the chosen equipment, pricing and commercial terms
- Reviewing of contracts for acceptance and ensuring compliance with established policies and procedures
- Following up larger quotations
What experience should you have:
- Few years of experience in a similar role
- Able to efficiently work in Dutch and English languages
- Experience with MS Office applications and ideally SAP
- Basic commercial and financial understanding
- Basic technical understanding
- Experience in a mechanical service-oriented company is considered an advantage
- Legal knowledge regarding T&C is considered an advantage
- Team player attitude and good communication skills
