Senior IT Specialist, Information Technology - Czech Republic

Arriello is seeking a highly capable Senior IT Specialist to join our team. Location remote/hybrid working in Czech Republic, Portugal or Croatia.

What will be your key responsibilities:

Role Description:

The Senior IT Specialist will play a key role in the administration, enhancement, and optimization of our diverse IT systems. This role collaborates closely with all internal teams.

Tasks will include:

Serving as the main point of contact within the organization for the assigned IT systems.
Administering and optimizing a range of IT systems and platforms to align with our business needs.
Analyzing business requirements and processes and translating them into system functionalities.
Implementing regular system upgrades, and modifications as needed.
Troubleshooting IT issues, providing end-user support, and implementing solutions.
Establishing user access controls across IT systems to secure sensitive information.
Conducting risk assessments to identify system vulnerabilities and implementing risk mitigation strategies.
Working with external vendors and consultants as needed.
Overseeing all aspects of data migrations and integrations, including planning, execution, and validation, ensuring seamless transition and consistency across different IT platforms and systems.
Leading the design, implementation, and enhancement of a comprehensive suite of Management Information System (MIS) reports, providing key data across the organization to empower strategic decision-making and optimize business outcomes.
Overseeing the consistent maintenance, troubleshooting, and improvement of MIS reporting systems, ensuring operational efficiency company-wide and delivering robust data analysis capabilities for insightful, data-driven decisions across all departments.
Developing and maintaining comprehensive data backup and recovery strategies.
Assisting in the implementation of new software and platforms as the company grows and evolves.

What experience should you have:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in IT system management, development and administration.
Proven experience with a range of IT systems and platforms.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Ability to provide end-user training and support.
Demonstrated project management skills.
Experience in analyzing business requirements and translating them into system functionalities.
Familiarity with ERP systems implementation.
Preferable to have SQL knowledge and experience with PowerBI, Tableau, QlikView, Zoho Analytics or a similar analytics tool.
