What will be your key responsibilities:
What we expect:
- you will be able to analyse of business requirements and mapping them to Salesforce capabilities
- you will be performing and documenting the result of business and system analysis
- you will work independently with the client (conducting workshops with the client, running demos, presenting of implemented solutions to customers)
What experience should you have:
- 1 year + of experience as a IT System/Business Analyst or a Junior Salesforce Consultant
- Experience in documenting business processes and requirements
- Great communication skills
- Ability to transfer knowledge
- Good analytical skills
- Knowledge regarding IT system lifecycle
Nice to have:
- Knowledge of BPMN or UML notation
- Experience in working in Agile projects
- Experience in working with enterprise-class CRM systems
- Knowledge of relational database
- Salesforce Trailhead Badges and/or Certificates
