Customer Care Coordinator, WMC Group, Prague

What will be your key responsibilities:

As a Customer Care Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction and support for our clients. You will be the primary point of contact for clients, acting as a liaison between them and our internal teams. You will be asked to receive and validate the issues reported by clients, coordinate the actions required to resolve them and take care of the reporting. You will have an understanding of incident management and be able to handle the progression and escalation of problems. You will also be working closely with stakeholders and clients to manage communications and facilitate customer care take-over.

What experience should you have:

- advanced communication skills

- previous experience in customer support within the software development industry

- advanced time management skills

- proactive problem management, based on trend analyses

- fluency in both English and Czech (written and spoken)


Nice to have:

- ITIL

- familiarity with Jira or Confluence or similar tools

- experience with Azure

- ambition to oversee the customer care team and ensure smooth operations
