Long story short, as a part of Lorant Kovacs’ team your main mission will be to operate the business data governance framework, manage the team of business data leads coordinate the in-market data stewards and data producers and lead/participate in relevant data governance bodies. She/he will drive the deployment of data strategical initiatives and assure the data quality and other BAU aspects of data management.

The successful person will follow methodical guidance from AEI Data CoE and closely cooperate with data specialist from AEI Data CoE, which manages the data governance and establishes / documents all data related guidelines and processes.…

What will be your key responsibilities:

More specifically, you will be trusted with:

- Overall responsibility on business data ownership across AEI.

- Manages the work of data leads, and coordinate the work of in-market data stewards and data producers.

- Proposes and designs the AEI operating model for execution of data operations on business side to optimize the operational efficiency.

- Leads the business teams on the data strategic projects.

- In cross-functional projects act as first point of contact for business in case of Data topics, leads related work by setting right methods, workplans and decision proposals in Data domain.

- Provide leadership, vision and direction about Data related topics towards business functions.

- Participate in cross-functional councils and governing bodies where necessary

- Work with AEI Data CoE to execute data strategy.

What experience should you have:

Do you have what it takes?

- Master degree or equivalent Business related or in Technology

- 8+ years of professional experience in Data domain,

- 5+ years of team management experience

- Knowledge of FMCG/CPG business and very strong knowledge of the data related to the business functions is a plus

- Understanding of data related disciplines (Data modelling and data management, experience with Master Data management, overall view on data architecture, capture and leverage 3rd party data)

- International experience required (accountability for delivering in/to different countries, management experience with coordinating multiple countries with different cultures towards the aligned outputs)

- Strong project management, business change management and influencing skills

- Proficiency in English, SAP Technologies (comfortable), Microsoft Technologies and M365
