What will be your key responsibilities:
For our client - company providing high quality Accounting/Payroll and HR services we search for suitable candidate with following Key Responsibilities:
- Draft and review the terms and conditions of different types of agreements with the clients
- Ensure that all support ( including legal ) for the company clients is properly provided
- Manage checklists and process documents for reviewing analysing and drafting Non-Disclosure Agreements
- Maintain contract in line with company policies and procedures and ensures issues are resolved
- Manage / train the team members ( up to 20 Accountants )
- Monitor daily / weekly KPIs and Team Time Sheets
- Monitor team performance and Client Manual - plan fulfilment
What experience should you have:
- Fluent in English
- Multinational company’s experience – advantage
- Relevant financial education (master’s degree)
- Proven people management record within accounting teams
- Experience in working with External accounting firms - advantage
- Leadership skills
