What will be your key responsibilities:

Your responsibilities will include:

- Actively participate in the budgeting and forecasting process to ensure accurate financial planning,

- Maintain quality control over financial transactions and reporting, adhering to both statutory and IFRS requirements, 

- Utilize sophisticated financial modeling for forecasting, scenario-planning, and ad hoc analysis, 

- Manage day-to-day finance and accounting responsibilities, including accounts receivable and accounts payable, 

- Ensure accurate and timely execution of all financial functions, such as bookkeeping, payroll and compliance, 

- Serve as a key contact for external auditors and tax advisors,

- Handle any other controller duties as necessary to support the finance team.

ASSET:

- Reconcile service charges to ensure accurate billing and resolve any discrepancies,

- Handle debt management tasks, including processing late fees and reminders,

- Reconcile operating expenses to maintain accurate financial records.

What experience should you have:

- 3 years of job experience as Financial Controller or an Accounting Manager, with overall 5+ years in an accounting, finance or a related field,

- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications, 

- Effective communication skills, also in English, both verbal and written, with the ability to collaborate with team members and stakeholders,

- Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills,

- Strong organizational and time management abilities, with the ability to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks,

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating a proactive and positive attitude.
