At FEG we have a significant technology department divided into many verticals. One of the biggest verticals is our Sportsbook department which is responsible for the whole Sportsbook platform. We have teams accountable for developing mobile applications, teams responsible directly for betting features, and teams responsible for offers management.

Right now, we are looking for a new member who will join our company in the position of Scrum Master. In this role, you will guide the team and organization on how to use Agile/Scrum practices and values.

• Guiding the team in self-organizing to improve their processes by removing impediments and exploring opportunities
  
• Facilitating team ceremonies (retrospectives, reviews, plannings, dailys..)
  
• Providing all support to the team using a servant leadership style and leading by example
  
• Measuring the team's velocity and other metrics to facilitate better long-term planning and predictability
  
• Supporting and educating the Product Owner, especially concerning grooming and maintaining the product backlog
  
• Cooperate with other Scrum Masters & Agile Coach, communicate within the team and throughout the organization, improving transparency, and radianting information  

• Fluent English is a must
  
• Experience in Agile or Scrum way of approach
  
• Ability to work in a fast-changing environment as well as perform routine tasks
  
• Excellent communication skills - good speaker, positive messenger, good listener, and excellent facilitator
