Accountant - German, People-s-place GmbH, Baden-Württemberg, Sindelfingen
Our client is an internationally known Norwegian manufacturer of prams and baby furniture, with products sold in over 50 countries and a reputation for innovative designs in the children's furniture sector. Over the years, our client has manufactured and designed a wide range of furniture, paying particular attention to ergonomics, uniqueness, and functionality. They are currently looking for a German Speaking accountant (m/f/d) for their Sindelfingen office.
What will be your key responsibilities:
- Checking and booking travel expenses and credit card payments
- Registering incoming invoices in Basware
- Preparing and uploading weekly payment run
- Reporting monthly to HQ about financials and VAT
- Preparing annual reporting
- Booking salaries
- Building accruals
- Account and supplier reconciliation
- Involving in the Liquidity plan
What experience should you have:
- Fluent in English and German, other languages are a plus
- Several years of working experience in the field of accounting
- Strong PC user experience and MS Excel skills
- Problem-solving skills
- SQL experience is a plus
- Self-motivated, flexible and autonomous
