Senior Technical Recruiter - German and English, People-s-place GmbH, Bádensko-Württembersko, Stuttgart
Would you like to be responsible for the Technical recruitment of a global company with flat hierarchies and quick decision-making processes? Our client is looking for a passionate and experienced Technical Recruiter (m/f/d) with a proven track record in the field of technical/engineering recruitment. You would be part of an international recruiting team, managing end to the end recruitment processes and consulting hiring managers and HR Business Partners.
What will be your key responsibilities:
- Managing full end to end recruitment process for all assigned requisitions
- Offering exceptional candidate experience throughout the duration of the recruiting process
- Building trusted relationships with your hiring managers, HR business partners and business leaders across multiple countries in the EMEA region
- Consultanting business leaders, hiring managers and HR business partners when it comes to availability of talent, attraction channels, sourcing strategy, selection activities and offer management
- Ensuring a healthy pipeline of candidates using all attraction channels, including niche and "hard-to-fill" roles
- Conducting virtual and/or in-person interviews
- Consulting hiring managers and HR business partners during the offer process and extending offers to candidates
- Acting as an advocate for Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI)
- Managing third party recruitment suppliers when necessary
- Ensuring all relevant data is kept and updated in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
What experience should you have:
- Fluency in German and English. French language skills is considered as a plus but not mandatory
- You are committed to being a talent magnet for our client and their Operating Companies through continuous networking, community outreach and building passive candidate pipelines
- Several years of experience in End to End recruitment (in-house, RPO or agency) with a proven track record of building long-lasting relationships with business leaders, hiring managers and HR business partners
- Proven experience in exceptional stakeholder management on a cross-regional/international level
- Strong experience in recruiting technical/engineering Talent in the EMEA region
- Interest in following emerging trends in topics related to candidate attraction
