Senior Payroll Specialist, CVO Recruitment, Vilnius
Our client – Eurofast – a regional business advisory organization employing local advisors in 21 cities in Southeast Europe & the Middle East (SEEME), is currently seeking to recruit a Senior Payroll Specialist for their team in Vilnius.
What will be your key responsibilities:
- Perform daily payroll department operations.
- Reconcile payroll prior to transmission and validate confirmed reports.
- Apply proper taxation of employer paid benefits.
- Process correct calculations and compliance.
- Run Shadow payrolls.
- Process accurate and timely year-end reporting when necessary.
- Consult on payroll related issues.
- Represent the company and clients before relevant institutions such as Tax office, Labor Office, National Center of Registration.
- Monitor the changes in legislative concerning the payroll.
What experience should you have:
- University degree in Accounting or Finance or HR.
- Fluent English (both spoken and written).
- 4-5 years of experience in payroll management (multinational consulting experience will be considered as a plus).
- Very good knowledge of employment administrative procedures and relevant tax laws for Individuals (labor legislation, social & health insurance laws).
- Experience with preparation of personal income returns for domestic and mobile employees will be considered as advantage.
- Good knowledge of MS package (excel, word, ppt).

- Salary: 2454-3306 euros/month (gross). Final salary depends on each candidate's experience, skills and competencies.
