Senior Payroll Specialist, CVO Recruitment, Vilnius

Our client – Eurofast – a regional business advisory organization employing local advisors in 21 cities in Southeast Europe & the Middle East (SEEME), is currently seeking to recruit a Senior Payroll Specialist for their team in Vilnius.

What will be your key responsibilities:

  • Perform daily payroll department operations.
  • Reconcile payroll prior to transmission and validate confirmed reports.
  • Apply proper taxation of employer paid benefits.
  • Process correct calculations and compliance.
  • Run Shadow payrolls.
  • Process accurate and timely year-end reporting when necessary.
  • Consult on payroll related issues.
  • Represent the company and clients before relevant institutions such as Tax office, Labor Office, National Center of Registration.
  • Monitor the changes in legislative concerning the payroll.

What experience should you have:

  • University degree in Accounting or Finance or HR.
  • Fluent English (both spoken and written).
  • 4-5 years of experience in payroll management (multinational consulting experience will be considered as a plus).
  • Very good knowledge of employment administrative procedures and relevant tax laws for Individuals (labor legislation, social & health insurance laws).
  • Experience with preparation of personal income returns for domestic and mobile employees will be considered as advantage.
  • Good knowledge of MS package (excel, word, ppt).
