Senior Payroll Specialist, Manuvia Expert Recruitment, Praha hl.m., Prague

I am currently looking for a  Senior Payroll Specialist  to join our client, an international medical devices company based in Prague.

What will be your key responsibilities:

• preparation and processing of payroll data for EMEA region

• contribution to internal projects

• centralization of payroll under the finance department, consolidation of external partners

• integration of new system

• quality control and contribution on audit - main point of contact for audit within payroll

• setting up communication between payroll, HR and finance

• supervision of payments to employees

• first point of contact in case of any issues or possible problems

• cooperation with accountants on reconciliations


What experience should you have:

• minimum 3 years of current experience from payroll

• fluent English

• multitasking

• perfect knowledge Microsoft Excel

• knowledge of compliance and SOX within payroll

• perfect knowledge of local payroll requirements

• communicative person able to set up internal processes and communication

• knowledge of SAP is a big plus
