We are Smarthappy, SaaS & Cloud Recruitment Agency. We are looking for Salesforce Division Director for one of our clients, Actum Digital - a full-service digital agency/integrator.
Along with the already existing divisions (Kentico, Microsoft, AWS, Google, SAP) that are already well established, Actum already created another division – with a focus on the Salesforce platform.
Why? Because Actum´s clients are constantly asking for Salesforce solutions (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud ..) and Actum´s owners don't want to miss this opportunity.
Every division and technology unit at Actum was once in its startup phase and the Salesforce division will be no different.
Your job will be to build it.
What will be your key responsibilities:
The mission is to create a sustainable and profitable division:
- set the growth strategy,
- hire the right team,
- develop clients' portfolio along with the sales team,
- create partnerships,
- manage P&L
Current stage:
The team already consists of 8 people – 2 sales reps & 6 delivery people (architect, consultants, PM, developers).
What experience should you have:
- Startup mindset with the ability to drive proper growth activities
- Previous successful experience with managing the team and delivering results ideally in a leadership role
- Business development skills
- You are from IT world, you understand the benefits of IT for various businesses and it is easy for you to cope with new technologies
- Fluent English, and German is a big advantage
- Personality: drive for results, entrepreneurship, team spirit, leading by example
