What will be your key responsibilities:

Your responsibilities:


  • Issuing debit notes and credit notes in SAP on daily bases
  • Invoicing and other invoice-related tasks
  • Booking and solving bonuses and back margins
  • Posting of incoming invoices for back margins
  • Setting prices based on information from Key Account Manager
  • Working with MS Excel and SAP
  • Daily communication with business representatives and colleagues from other teams

What experience should you have:

Requirements:

  • University graduate (preferably in economics), experience in a similar job is welcomed
  • Knowledge of MS Office (mainly Outlook and Excel)
  • Czech/Slovak language required
  • Intermediate level of English, German is an advantage
  • Communicative personality with the ability of teamwork
  • Customer orientation and meticulousness
