What will be your key responsibilities:
Your responsibilities:
- Issuing debit notes and credit notes in SAP on daily bases
- Invoicing and other invoice-related tasks
- Booking and solving bonuses and back margins
- Posting of incoming invoices for back margins
- Setting prices based on information from Key Account Manager
- Working with MS Excel and SAP
- Daily communication with business representatives and colleagues from other teams
What experience should you have:
Requirements:
- University graduate (preferably in economics), experience in a similar job is welcomed
- Knowledge of MS Office (mainly Outlook and Excel)
- Czech/Slovak language required
- Intermediate level of English, German is an advantage
- Communicative personality with the ability of teamwork
- Customer orientation and meticulousness
