Sales Account Manager - German, People-s-place GmbH, Německo, Germany
Our customer is a platform-based service aiming to connect private individuals who want to make extra-money by delivering products with Retailers that want to reach their customers in a fast and flexible way. They operate currently in 7 countries and have more than 3000 retail partners and an active community of more than 200.000 customers. They are looking for an experienced sales-oriented Account Manager (m/f/d) to join their growing team in Germany.
What will be your key responsibilities:
- Mastering our clients service idea and benefits/main sales arguments for different verticals
- Contacting prospects customers from a defined territory/vertical
- Entering and updating records from prospects and deals in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system
- Doing field sales and actively visiting potential customers on site
- Following up with all qualified leads in an innovative and assertive manner
- Negotiating contracts
- Account management for all closed clients
- Collaborating closely with the Marketing and Sales teams to execute strategies for generating new clients and target accounts
- Meeting monthly and quarterly objectives defined by the company
- Weekly reporting with the tasks executed (visits and calls)
What experience should you have:
- Fluency in German (C2) and good command in English (B2)
- Few years of professional experience in sales
- Excellent communication skills
- Problem solver mindset and goal oriented
- Proactive and self-learner action-taker
- Experience with CRM (Hubspot is preferred) and other sales automation or prospecting tools
- You have an eye for new markets and opportunities
- Knowledge on selling B2B services
- Passion for sales
