We are looking for Release & Defect manager who will drive ownership of defect and release management in the central SQA team.
The ideal candidate should have a passion for detecting and solving problems and an eagle eye for detail along with the ability to see the overall picture of release deliverables from SQA perspective.
- Continuous revision of defects across all Test environments or related projects;
- Reporting the current status;
- Organization and facilitation of meetings related to currently active defects;
- Coordination of 3rd party deliveries (regarding the fixes);
- Defect management & related process improvement;
- Managing major releases;
- Test coordination of related projects or releases with internal or 3rd party teams;
- Production deployments approvals.
What experience should you have:
- A minimum of 2 years experience in the SQA release management, delivery management or deploy management;
- Efficient planning skills and an ability to adhere to challenges within coordination of multiple deliverables;
- Strong communication skills (very good written/spoken English);
- Proven hands-on record in managing deliverables in waterfall or SAFe methodology from SQA perspective testing;
- Excellent analytical communication skills;
- The ability to track and write articulate reports of release progress and deploys.
