Our client is an essential part of a well-known German automotive manufacturer. The company is looking to strengthen its team in Prague by hiring a Quality Project Expert (m/f/d). This is an international project with a newly created Prague-based team. The mission of this team is to implement the new claiming system CLARA.  The high-quality professional services and unique culture make our client exceptional. What will be your key responsibilities:

  • Acting as a Single Point of Contact (SPOC) of the CLARA project deployment to different markets and global regions
  • Managing the communication between different teams (market, developers, core project team)
  • Coordination of all market deployment related activities across different stakeholders
  • Gathering and analysing of market specific requirements for software solution for claiming (warranty and service)
  • Supporting the project implementation for regional centres and dealers
  • Providing input for the resource planning and scheduling
  • Market deployment status reporting and tracking of risks, issues and blockers

What experience should you have:

  • Fluent level in English
  • Very good knowledge of Excel, base knowledge of JIRA and Confluence
  • Ability to lead, coordinate, and manage project related activities, incl. plans, interdependencies, schedule, tools
  • Experience with consulting and managing SMEs and project participants
  • Excellent communication skills and intercultural competencies
  • Ability to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements
