Quality Project Expert, Logistika a zásobování - Česká republika, Prague

Our client is an essential part of a well-known German automotive manufacturer. The company is looking to strengthen its team in Prague by hiring a Quality Project Expert (m/f/d). This is an international project with a newly created Prague-based team. The mission of this team is to implement the new claiming system CLARA. What will be your key responsibilities:

Acting as a Single Point of Contact (SPOC) of the CLARA project deployment to different markets and global regions
Managing the communication between different teams (market, developers, core project team)
Coordination of all market deployment related activities across different stakeholders
Gathering and analysing of market specific requirements for software solution for claiming (warranty and service)
Supporting the project implementation for regional centres and dealers
Providing input for the resource planning and scheduling
Market deployment status reporting and tracking of risks, issues and blockers

What experience should you have:

Fluent level in English
Very good knowledge of Excel, base knowledge of JIRA and Confluence
Ability to lead, coordinate, and manage project related activities, incl. plans, interdependencies, schedule, tools
Experience with consulting and managing SMEs and project participants
Excellent communication skills and intercultural competencies
Ability to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements
