We are looking for a suitable candidate for a position “Purchasing Support”.
Your main task will be to support Tietoevry employees with their purchasing needs and handle all related duties.
What will be your key responsibilities:
Main tasks including, but not limited to:
Purchasing
• Advisory role for employees prior to purchase
• First line of answering questions and requests if not specific Buyers’ knowledge required
• Regular follow up meetings with main Vendors to discuss current topics and cases
• Perform other purchase-oriented duties as assigned
Requirements and Profile
• Service oriented and high level of cooperativeness
• Ability to handle high workload
• Keen on high accuracy and quality in work performance
• Appreciate to work in a changing and global organization
• Commitment to continuous improvement and positive ‘can-do’ attitude
What experience should you have:
General competencies
• Good general procurement background, but not necessary
• Microsoft Windows and Office tools, especially Excel is important
• Basic knowledge of purchasing systems, experience in Oracle purchasing system benefitable
• University degree/Business School or equivalent is desirable
Key competencies
• Fluent skills in English language
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• International communication and Multicultural collaboration
