Our partner is one of the world's biggest financial provider offering its services in more than 200 countries all over the world. Their Business Center operates in Budapest for more than 15 years now providing support to the EMEA region regarding various business functions.
Their Payroll Team is now looking for a professional with experience in SSC environment to deal with tasks in payroll operations and participate in migration process.
What will be your key responsibilities:
- Be responsible for day to day payroll operations
- Act as Subject Matter Expert for payroll processes
- Create and manage the business analysis and documentation of system change specifications
- Create and implement internal procedures
- Assess risk when business decisions are made
What experience should you have:
- Min. 2 years of experience as payroll specialist
- Fluent English knowledge, excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to identify policy gaps
- Analytical mindset
