We are Smarthappy, SaaS & Cloud Recruitment Agency. We are looking for Microsoft Division Director (D365 + PowerPlatform) for one of our clients, Actum Digital - a full-service digital agency/integrator.
As Microsoft Gold Implementation Partner since 2005, Actum has extensive experience working with Power Platform, Azure, and Dynamics 365, with end-to-end solutions available in weeks not months.
Microsoft Division's current state:
- 30 team members (14 in Prague, the rest remotely in Europe)
- Current clients: BMW, Allnex, Innogy, Engie, Siko, Lampenwelt.de
Typical Projects:
- Allnex – Automated creation and assignment of leads from the website (Website ->D365 CRM)
- Global Auction House – Mobile scanner application for pieces of art in warehouses (Power App)
- Innogy – Smart meter maintenance (Field Service App)
- Innogy – CPQ App for customer photovoltaic systems (Power App)
Mission
- The main goal is to reach 100 head division in 2028 (5-year goal - 40+ heads in 2024)
- Hire a small sales team (re-engaging sales)
- Setting the go-to-market strategy for the next 5 years (for DACH, Benelux & USA)
- Better leveraging of Power Platform services & finding better CRM & Power platform synergies
- Create an environment where people can grow and challenge themselves. Create/hire leaders for Team Leading roles within Division.
What will be your key responsibilities:
The role is about delivering the required profit and generating long-term growth by setting strategic goals, people management & executing strategic tasks.
Main Objectives:
- Builds and develops the entrusted Unit on the principles of a free company or participatory decision-making
- Sets efficient cooperation with clients to meet their needs
- Acceleration of foreign expansion by new clients acquisition in entrusted regions
- Supports their subordinates to grow professionally, while supporting innovation, ambitions, and team ability
- Coaching/mentoring of the subordinates (esp. in stakeholder relationships, presentation, and outstanding client experience delivery).
- Responsibility for P&L management, business plan, business strategy, investments and HR-related tasks, Legal, Finance
- Drives efficient entrepreneurship approach
- Reporting to Managing Partner
