We are seeking for:
- A skilled and passionate Machine Learning (ML) Data Engineer, who will play a key role in ensuring the quality of data within our processes, building and maintaining our Databricks Feature Store, and collaborating with data scientists to create a seamless data-driven environment for our projects.
- Someone who will also be responsible for educating others on the functionality, values, and advantages of our data systems and tools.
What will be your key responsibilities:
Responsibilities:
- Ensure the quality of data used within client's processes by implementing data validation and cleaning techniques.
- Build and maintain a complete Databricks Feature Store, utilizing its full capacity to support thier AI and ML projects.
- Educate colleagues on the functionality, values, and advantages of the Databricks Feature Store.
- Integrate basic datasets into the feature store for use across various projects.
- Equip data scientists with the ability to add new features to the feature store and support their data needs.
- Find ways to implement complex functions into easily accessible features within the feature store.
- Monitor feature stores, including feature usage, value, and organization into proper domains.
- Set up alerts to notify the team of any issues or problems.
What experience should you have:
Requirements:
- Excellent understanding of Python (pyspark, pandas, scikit-learn, ..).
- Knowledge of Machine Learning processes and techniques.
- Experience with Databricks and Spark is a great advantage.
- Self-driven and knowledge-hungry professional with commitment to personal growth.
- Proven experience in data engineering, data validation, and data management.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Professional working proficiency in Czech/Slovak + English
