Junior Sales Representative - German, People-s-place GmbH, Berlín
Our client is a well-known company operating in the design, manufacture, worldwide sales, and marketing of innovative noninvasive monitoring solutions. The key to their success is a modern competitive product and a motivated workforce that offer innovative solutions to enhance patient outcomes and minimize the cost of care. At the moment they are looking for a Junior Sales Representative (m/f/d) with German in Berlin.
What will be your key responsibilities:
- Selling our client's products in the assigned territory
- Planning and executing strategies for converting accounts (single departments and/or the whole hospital) to the use of our client's products in a high-competitive market
- Engaging in the selling of accounts including qualification, demonstration, and closure of competitive and exclusive products, positioning our client's product as the new standard of care in pulse-oximetry and other noninvasive blood parameters' monitoring systems
- Making product demonstrations and negotiations with both physicians and hospital administrators (bio-medical engineers, purchasing managers, etc.)
- Collaborating with appropriate distributors and OEM sales personnel in planning and executing sales strategies to convert accounts
- Providing information to the Senior Account Manager of the Berlin region including market trends, competitive activity, product design needs, regulatory, and production requirements
- Participating in hospital bid tenders
- Maintaining deep product knowledge, including the ability to showcase products, position items against competitors, and in-service end-users
- Providing regular sales forecasts to upper management
What experience should you have:
- Few years of experience in Medical Device Sales, and experience in Patient monitoring systems sales is a plus
- Fluent in written and spoken English and German
- Demonstrated success in selling both disposable and capital equipment to hospitals, as well as the ability to communicate value-based solutions
- Experience in selling directly in high-competitive markets
- Experience calling on physicians and hospital administrators (bio-medical engineers, purchasing managers)
- Experience working with Distributors and OEM sales personnel
- Demonstrable conceptual, analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities
- Results-driven with an optimistic attitude and an urgency in completing tasks
- Comfortable in high visibility situations and exudes confidence
- Good presentation skills
- Must be used to a busy travel schedule
- Good computer skills as well as excellent organizational, communication, writing, and project management skills
- Works well in a team to achieve goals
