IT Support Specialist, Rohlik Group, Praha hl.m., Prague – Karlín

IT Office Support Specialist manages internal IT systems, handles support for employees and their devices, takes care of the functionality of IT equipment, ensures access or security. This is an on-site office job, with the possibility of an occasional home office.

IT is the biggest team in HQ. We are the catalyst of business. The business will grow as fast as we deliver functions. Our main goals are:

● To deliver new functionalities

● Support daily business operations

● Bring technologies into company (into whole group)

Your responsibilities:

• on-site support of employees and their equipment
• print management (printers, print server)
• network management (AP, internet providers)
• user management (onboarding, offboarding, accesses, VPN)
• device management (asset management, central management, registration labels)
• meeting room management (TV, cameras, microphones, zoom rooms)
• management of all service desk requests

Your expertise/What we expect from you:

• Wide knowledge of IT technologies
• basics of Windows and MacOS management
• networking basics
• experience with user management systems
• experience with printing and A/V technologies
• experience with ticketing systems
