What will be your key responsibilities:
You will be a strategic partner to the business, providing value-added insights to the operations, commercial and finance teams and contributing to driving winning business strategies. You will leverage your financial and business acumen to:
- Partner and collaborate with other teams such as trading, data and analytics, accounting, operations, sales and marketing
- Develop periodic stewardship and deliver insightful analysis to improve business profitability
- Collaborate with management to review KPI’s, customer or location profitability, pricing analysis and other metrics to drive corrective actions jointly with their business teams
- Participate in the development of the annual business plan and in-depth analysis that form the basis for future projects and strategic focus areas
- Enhance and streamline global processes, including manage process changes
- Deliver on finance digital transformation initiatives
What experience should you have:
- Ability to work full time (40hours/week)
- Ability to develop analytics from multiple streams of data, interpret & analyze trends, develop meaningful business insights and recommendations
- Problem solving mindset and ability to prioritize based on business needs
- Min. 5 years experience in business, consulting or analytics with proven ability to work with multiple stakeholders at various levels
- Fluency in English, both written and verbal
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to communicate in a logical and concise way
- Highly motivated with a sense of ownership, willingness to learn, high degree of curiosity and desire to succeed
- Team player and ability to collaborate in a multinational environment
