HR representative - Italian, French and English, Administrativa - Nizozemsko, Maastricht

Our client is a leader in precision dispensing, fluid management, and related technologies operating in 30 countries. The company is located in Maastricht, the Netherlands. To grow their Global Business Services HR Services team, the company is looking for an HR Specialist (m/f/d) with fluent Italian good French and English. As HR Representative you will provide human resources support to our clients internal customers in EMEA with focus on Southern Europe.

What will be your key responsibilities:

Handling pre-employment activities and new hire orientations
Coordinating incoming and outgoing employee administration
Administrating employee and HRIS Data
Dealing employee issues/inquiries on benefits, HR policies, compensation etc.
Leave of absence and vacation administration
Training inquiries and tuition reimbursement
Generating of HR related reports

What experience should you have:

Fluency in Italian also good French and English both written and spoken, additional languages like Spanish are considered as a plus
Vocational background in Human Resources (MBO-level) or similar
Several years of related experience in an HR service environment, HR Shared Services or HR Operations experience preferred
Experience in a manufacturing environment beneficial
Basic knowledge of Italian and/or French labour law required
Experience with case management systems beneficial
