HR Administrative Specialist with Dutch, Manuvia Expert Recruitment, Praha hl.m., Prague

What will be your key responsibilities:
- administration related to onboarding of Dutch speaking newcomers within the company
- HR related onboarding tasks such as background checks, data integrity checks, documentation collection
- close cooperation with Talent Acquisition, Payroll and other internal teams
- cooperation with hiring managers regarding challenges and opportunities within onboarding process
- identification of areas for improvement
- work within Workday system
- active participation on internal trainings
What experience should you have:
- fluent Dutch and English
- experience with administration
- structured but still communicative and friendly personality
- ability to actively communicate with colleagues and team members
- passion to learn and grow
