Head of Sales, Goodcall, Praha hl.m., Prague
Responsibility for fast growing sales team and revenue in renewables business within Czech Republic.
What will be your key responsibilities:
- You take overall responsibility for the strategic development and operational sales activities for our local team
- You lead, motivate, and develop our team of Sales Representatives
- You drive new business opportunities and take care of existing business across the regional country market
- You closely network with other internal departments (Purchasing, Marketing,
- Technical Dep., etc.), but also with other business units to achieve the best results for customers and our company
- You lead sales reporting and provide continuous transparency to management o the progress of sales and business development activities
- You strive for a proper development and growth of our sales organization
- You drive continuous improvement process (CRM, ERP system in place) to optimize our commercial offer
What experience should you have:
- You own a master’s degree in Economics, Industrial Engineering, Renewable Energies or comparable
- You have profound experience in sales, ideally in the renewable energy field or similar.
- Additional knowledge in EV charging infrastructure concepts, hybrid systems, and assembly energy systems will be a plus
- You worked in the past with multinational clients in an intercultural environment
- Strong knowledge of the Czech energy market (focus on PV) as a prerequisite for strategic sales orientation
- Successful sales professional with at least 5 years of experience as sales and/or business leader driving activity and engagement at all stages of the sales process
- Proven track record of innovative and sustainable sales growth within renewable energy sector or similar
- A high degree of motivation and passion for renewable energies
- Knowledge of English language B2/C1, excellent communicative skills
- Proficiency in Office package and the CRM
