Head of Global Quality Systems and Audit is responsible for continuous improvement of all quality management aspects of the global leading TIER 1 automotive company.

- Evaluate existing quality management systems and audit procedures,

- Improve globally integrated quality management systems and their key performance indicators based on the following norms: IATF 16949, ISO 14001 and ISO 450001,

- Further optimise the company's procedures in the areas of Production Part Approval Process PPAP and Failure mode and Effect Analysis FMEA,

- Set up the supplier development strategies and optimise Supplier Quality Assurance SQA procedures,

- Provide guidance and expert view to all company’s quality management departments worldwide on topics such as Integrated and Quality Management Systems (IMS&QMS) and other related norms and procedures,

- Lead the internal and external audit programmes,

- Keep up-to-date with the industry-standard techniques in quality management,

- Ensure the achievement of quality targets of customers and project deliveries.

The position of Head of Global Quality Systems and Audit is suitable for the following candidates:

- Experience of at least 5 years in quality management, preferably in Automotive production,

- Knowledge of IATF 16949, ISO 14001 and ISO 450001 norms,

- Project management skills,

- Understanding of the use of quality management tools such as PPAP, APQP, FMEA and SQA,

- Knowledge of English and German languages on a communicative, professional level,

- Up-to-date with current industry standards in quality management,

- Experience in a manufacturing environment,

- Planning and organisational skills,

- Team-leading skills,
