We are looking for a new colleague, Group Lawyer – Corporate & Finance, who will become part of our Legal & Compliance team.
In this role you will be responsible for executing legal and contractual tasks of an international group. Focus is mainly with legal tasks of various financial agreements – internal and external. In addition to provide support to the ongoing legal work with other commercial agreements and contractual tasks.

• Contracts, legal documents and reports reviewing
• Performing the legal negotiations between the organization and its customers
• Communication with external parties (mainly suppliers/ licencors)
• Interpretation and clarification of the legal specifications to different departments
• Other ad-hoc necessary tasks necessary for the Legal and Compliance

• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Experience in negotiating and drafting agreements
• Analytical and results driven thinking
• PC Skills (MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Team player and hard working mentality
• Experience from the Gaming industry is an advantage
