Food Declaration Manager, Obchod, marketing, nákup - Praha hl.m., Prague

What will be your key responsibilities:

As a Food Declaration Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards related to food labelling and declaration across all of our countries. Your primary focus will be on maintaining accurate and transparent information on food labels, allergen declarations, nutrition facts, and ingredient lists in all relevant languages. Additionally, you will closely collaborate with the buyers, suppliers, brand managers, graphic designers and external advisors to ensure the quality, accuracy, and visual appeal of our private label products across all countries.

Proven experience working in a similar role, preferably in the food industry, with a focus on food labelling and declaration compliance.
Review and approve food product labels, including ingredient lists, allergen declarations, nutrition facts, and claims, to ensure compliance with applicable regulations and standards.
Effective communication skills in English, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex information to diverse stakeholders.
Collaborate closely with the commercial department (buyers) and suppliers to understand customer requirements and provide necessary information for product labelling and declaration.
Collaborate with the brand manager and graphic designer to ensure the visual appeal and brand consistency of product labels, incorporating design elements while maintaining regulatory compliance.
Seek guidance and advice from external advisors specialising in food declaration to ensure compliance with complex regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
Familiarity with visual design principles and the ability to collaborate with brand managers and graphic designers to ensure label aesthetics and brand consistency.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
