What will be your key responsibilities:

What will your tasks be?

  • Proactively manage the day-to-day activities of the member of top management.
  • Problem solving
  • Be in charge of good time management for the member of top management
  • Provides plans and itineraries, compiles documents for travel related meetings
  • Completes accurate expense reports; creates documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations
  • Assists in planning major events, audits, meetings, conferences, and administrative support for quarterly town halls; manages budget for these events.
  • Keeps the manager informed of company initiatives, marketing events, etc.
  • Keep a cool head in stressful situations.

  • Proactive attitude.
  • Really hight organizational skills.
  • Detail orientated.
  • Flexible and adapted attitude.
  • Strong team player.
  • Experience with similar executive position.
  • Excellent level of English and Czech.
  • Advanced user level of Microsoft Offices.
  • Advanced user of Windows 10 and/or MS 365.
  • Working knowledge of SharePoint.
