Management of an automotive embedded software development group
Typical projects are controllers for smart actuation products
Alignment and communication with international stakeholders and customers
Technical leadership for the development and testing functions in the team
Management of sub projects for automotive embedded software development
Management of testing activies and strategies on software level
Implementation and monitoring of international development standards
Collaboration in the development of new components and systems

Engineering degree e.g. in software / electronics engineering, or a further technical degree and proven experience
Existing leadership experience as team lead or technical project lead
Experience with C programming for automotive embedded applications close to hardware
Proven experience with the ASPICE assessment model and automotive embedded development
Experience in developing and executing software test strategies
Fluent in English, German is of advantage
