What will be your key responsibilities:
As Customer Service Specialist you will become a part of an international team in an exciting company with a strong brand, together with many top motivated colleagues at our office in the centre of Prague.
The main responsibilities include:
Communication with our customers over the phone or via e-mail.
Handling of inquiries and claims from end-users and customers.
Technical support, troubleshooting, inspiration.
Upselling (end-users)
What experience should you have:
You are...:
... positive of mind and have a logical approach to solving problems. Besides that, you are a fast learner, detail oriented, excellent communicator and can smile on the phone. You are flexible and multitasking. You are fluent in Italian and English both verbally and in writing (Additional language skills would be advantageous.).
Experience:
You have proven experience from the customer service environment
Good level of knowledge working with Microsoft programs
Problem solving, Navision, SAP, Zendesk
