Right now they are looking for people with excellent English language skills to join their team.
What will be your key responsibilities:
Handle incoming customer enquiries via telephone, email or chat (no outgoing calls or telesales.)
Track and follow cases to ensure they are resolved in an efficient and timely manner.
You will be representing a major brand so it is essential that you maintain customer satisfaction at all times.
Identify problems and suggest solutions
Provide information about products and services of the company
Provide and maintain strong, professional relationships with all partners and show empathy at all times
What experience should you have:
Fluent English
Excellent communication skills as well as the ability to problem solve.
Resourceful and able to multitask.
The ability to thrive as a team player in a fast-paced, high-energy, change-oriented environment
