Chief Financial Officer (CFO), CVO Recruitment, Vilnius

In this position you will:

• Be proactive Executive Team member to implement Business Strategy within finance and risk management functions, adopt and implement it, with a business owner approach.
• Provide strategic and operational economical recommendations to the CEO and Business heads.
  
• Manage processes, cash flow and taxation matters.
  
• Organize internal (managerial) and external financial planning (long-term and short-term) and reporting.
• Lead, structure and ensure internal financial policies in international Transportation and Warehouse business, implement necessary improvements.
  
• Communicate with financial institutions.
  
• Review and design Finances organizational structure, find knowledge and skills gaps, initiate, and execute improvements.
  
• Be strong leader to sell strategy, tactics, and decisions to the team to get people moving in the same direction with commitment and energy.

• BSc/BA in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or relevant field; MBA in Finances.
  
• Experience from 7+ years in this or similar position in corporate finances.
  
• International experience in financial change management.
  
• Experience and knowledge of financial management systems, structure of finance function and implementation of the finance function in the group companies.
  
• Excellent English and Russian language knowledge.
  
• Strong inspiring leadership and organizational skills.
