We're looking for an Associate Brand Manager CEEME for the pet company Hill’s!
Associate Brand Manager is responsible for the development and execution of brand plans to achieve the brand’s short and long-term business objectives. Responsible for leading the commercial organization in developing the brand priorities, assessing critical issues, and recommending strategic and tactical solutions.
What will be your key responsibilities:
- Develop, align and execute brand marketing plans.
- Set KPI’s to track brand executions and the action plans to close the opportunities. Monitor and analyze sales volumes, market trends, digital and promotional initiatives, and competitive activity.
- Lead New Product Initiative process across the organization (management of the grid, coordination with other functions, calculation of volumes, drive the execution with Retail Marketing).
- Coordinate IMC execution (Integrated Marketing campaigns): localization with our agency and roll-out by distributors.
- Work closely with the European Marketing team to ensure consistent and effective brand messaging to the end consumer. Provide CEEME input for relevant support materials and communication bundles.
- Collaborate with Country Teams -Retail Marketing and Business Development Managers- to leverage brand guidelines, bring brand knowledge to our distributors, generate engagement, ensure flawless execution, and gather insights.
- Partner with CEEME Professional Vet Affairs and eCommerce teams to bring brand expertise and guidance.
- Be an internal “brand ambassador”.
- Support Long Lead Planning, Budget Review, and Mid-Year Review.
- Recommend areas for brand improvement and remediation.
What experience should you have:
- Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related fields
- Up to 2 years of experience in similar positions in brand management or trade marketing
- FMCG experience preferred (generic or specialized distribution)
- Affinity with Pet category
- English advanced level
- Excel and google tools proficiency
- Digital basic knowledge
