The Customer Experience Management (CEM) team at Tieto Ostrava focuses on web application development, eCommerce solutions, front-end development and implementation of portal applications on the Microsoft platform.

We develop applications using technologies like .NET core, ASP.NET MVC, NodeJS on the backend. For front-end we use JavaScript´s frameworks like Angular and React. We build solutions either from scratch or on platforms such as EpiServer for CMS and Commerce applications or O365 and MS SharePoint for various intranets / extranets or other enterprise systems. We mostly use MS Azure or AWS (often using containers) for hosting, but some of our solutions are still deployed on on-premise infrastructure.

In our team you will find roles such as UI developer, UX specialist, .NET developer, architect, tester, solution consultant and project / product manager. The CEM CZ team is active throughout the solution delivery lifecycle - we are already involved in the presales phase, we provide consulting services, we design solutions and architecture solutions, we participate in implementation, deployment and post-implementation support. We believe that the success of the project depends on effective and transparent communication - both within the project team and, of course, to the customer. Whether we do business in the Czech Republic, Finland, Sweden, Norway or Austria, we always prefer a direct link between our CEM team and the client.

What will be your key responsibilities:

  • Development of solutions on the SharePoint Online platform
  • Development of solutions on the SharePoint on premise platform, which will be ready for future deployment in SharePoint Online
  • Preparation of scripts and procedures for migrating content between different SharePoint versions or for migrating from on-premise to on-line
  • Analysis of existing SharePoint solutions and their reimplementation using new technologies (JS, SPFx, PowerPlatform, MS Azure)
  • Maintenance and further development of existing applications

What experience should you have:

  • Developed for SharePoint onprem / online
  • By configuring SharePoint from the administrator's and user's perspective
  • Customizing SharePoint according to customer requirements
  • .NET Core / Framework
  • ASP.NET MVC
  • HTML, CSS, MS SQL, XML


The advantage is knowledge:

  • SharePoint Framework (SPFx)
  • PowerPlatform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse, ...)
  • MS Azure (Web app service, Function apps, API Management…)
  • JavaScript frameworks for frontend development (eg React or Angular)
