Technical Support Representative - Japanese, Customer Care - Netherlands, Maastricht

Our client is a well-known international car manufacturer and its Customer Service Center is the central point of contact in Europe, caring for the needs of current and prospective customers (B2C and B2B). They are currently expanding their Technical Support department and are looking for a Technical Support Representative (m/f/d) for the Japanese-speaking market.

What will be your key responsibilities:

Resolving incoming support requests, incidents and problems in the required languages
Handling issues in the field of car diagnosis hardware, software, flashing and portal support for workshops, car dealers and company internal departments
Appropriate usage of available resources and documenting business-related activities in the relevant system (e.g. ticketing system)
Identifying and escalating complex issues when necessary
Proactively and continuously monitoring workload to ensure timely investigation and response to support requests
Full-time position 40 hours per week between Monday to Friday

What experience should you have:

Fluent English
Excellent Japanese (C2)
Excellent communication skills (B2B)
Experience in customer support/problem-solving business processes
High affinity with IT
Preferably affinity with the car trade, technology and/or electronic equipment
Ability to identify, analyse and resolve problems over the phone with involved partners
Ability to understand the relationship between internal and external processes and how tools and support systems interact
Computer literate (MS Windows Office)
Eligible to work in the Netherlands
