Team Leader for Sales admin/Invoicing, Goodcall, Prague

Do

right now we’re looking for a team leader to our OTC team.

What will be your key responsibilities:



·      
Supervising and coordinating the team and team
activities



·      
Setting up of new processes and control of KPIs and
maintaining process documentation



·      
Ensure smooth invoicing process in the team



·      
Perform month-end closing activities and regular
reporting



·      
Manage pricing disputes with customers and issuance of
Credit Notes



·      
Supervise the process of setting price conditions
requested by Sales teams into SAP 



·      
Help to develop team members for personal and
professional growths with focus on high potentials



·      
Cooperation and support in the fields of audits and
internal controls




What experience should you have:

·      
Experienced manager having 5+ years in SSC, direct OTC
experience



·      
Self-driven mindset, inner motivation to do things
better and with efficiency



·      
Regularly bring solutions based on continual
improvement



·       Strong in communicating “top-down” – “bottom-up”, fact-based argumentation

·       Fluent Czech or Slovak and fluent English on the B2 level
