Swedish Speaking Customer Service Representative / Webmaster, Manuvia Expert Recruitment SK, Trnava Region, Trnava
What will be your key responsibilities:
- Customer service and sale support
- Provide customer support and manage the sales process for the Swedish market. The majority of orders will be placed through the wholesale website
- Carry out translation work and work closely with the marketing team on e-mail marketing
- Effectively manage the sales process for your territory on a daily basis.
- Provide excellent customer support to retain repeat custom.
- Answer emails, calls and online chat in a timely manner meeting service level agreements.
- Translation of products into Swedish, this generally needs to be manually inputted into the Company’s system when necessary.
- Prepare and complete email marketing newsletters, update website banners and new products to our wholesale website as planned and instructed by marketing team.
- You will work closely with team of Export Webmasters – Account Managers.
What experience should you have:
Education:
Secondary with school-leaving examination
Follow-up/Higher Professional Education
University student
University education (Bachelor's degree)
Language skills:
Swedish - Proficiency (C2) and English - Upper intermediate (B2)
Other knowledge
Economic correspondence - Basic

Personality requirements and skills:
• An understanding of a previous sales or marketing role would be useful, with the ability to hit the ground running with a positive attitude a necessity.
• A working knowledge of Microsoft Office is required.
• Fluent spoken Swedish and an excellent standard of written Swedish are required.
• Creativity
• Pleasant demeanor and excellent communication skills,
• Interest in working in the field of customer support and digital marketing
