• Improve supplier quality development practice
  
• Secure supplier performance review processes in new product launches
  
• Develop and secure all related trainings, rollouts and process implementations related to Supplier Quality processes
  
• For new products/parts conducting all activities related to part approval from design phase till serial production
  
• Drive PPAP process
•  Lead claim management process for Holic site
• Supplier evaluation according to Fortaco Standards
  

­• Monitor supplier quality performance (PPM, no of claims, response time, delivery accuracy

­• Set quality performance targets and supplier development activities

• Attend (lead) regular supplier quality meetings – significant quality issues, problematic suppliers

• Maintaining supplier quality documentations

­• Keep records on Supplier Audits

­• Keep records on PPAP documentation

• Having knowledge of quality tools and processes (PPAP, FMEA, 8D, etc.) as well as supplier performance measurements (PPM, etc.)
  
• Being a team player and a good network builder as well as possess communication and presentation skills
  
• Being fluent in English, both in speaking and in writing
