• Facilitate and lead the Agile development process, ensuring the team adheres to Scrum principles and practices.
• Guide and coach the development team and product owners in self-organization and cross-functional collaboration.
• Organize and conduct sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives to drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with product owners to define and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring that user stories are well-defined and actionable.
• Identify and remove impediments that hinder the team's progress, leveraging strong problem-solving skills and influencing abilities.
• Foster a culture of transparency, trust, and open communication within the team and across stakeholders.
• Act as a shield to protect the team from external distractions and maintain focus on sprint goals.
• Monitor and track team performance, sprint progress, and project metrics, providing regular reports to stakeholders.
• Implement and uphold Agile best practices, evolving the team's processes to optimize efficiency and quality.
• Promote a learning environment within the team, encouraging skill development and cross-functional knowledge sharing.

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master, facilitating Agile development teams to deliver high-quality software products.
• In-depth knowledge of Scrum framework, Agile principles, and Lean methodologies.
• Strong understanding of software development processes, methodologies, and practices.
• Excellent leadership and mentoring abilities, with a track record of empowering teams to achieve their full potential.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of fostering collaboration and building positive relationships with team members and stakeholders.
• Ability to identify and resolve conflicts and facilitate constructive discussions.
• Proficient in using Agile project management tools and software (e.g., Jira, Trello).
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills, addressing complex challenges in a fast-paced environment.
• A proactive and adaptable mindset, with the capacity to handle changing priorities and project requirements.
• Certification as a Scrum Master (CSM or similar) is preferred.
• A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is desirable but not mandatory.
• Willingness to work during US Business hours
• Must have a valid tax ID and be able to create invoices (applicable to contractors only)
