• Project Management of Reverse Engineering Projects especially focusing on:

a) Reverse Engineering product development and commercialisation projects
b) Process improvement and standardisation projects (e.g. technical release)
c) Market Study / Benchmarking Projects
d) Establishing & controlling Business Cases

• Overall supervision of Reverse Engineering business process and products for a defined product range
• Product Management of a defined product range (supervision, reporting, controlling)
• Lead and manage cross-functional teams
• Define and Implement Reverse Engineering Strategy
• Grow Reverse Engineering & Allmakes business in the Aftermarket

• Technical University education (Electrical/Mechanical) & knowledge of remanufacturing processes
• Experience from automotive industry as a big advantage
• Knowledge of regular serial production KB Quality & R&D processes (e.g. PPAP, tech. Release)
• Knowledge of pneumatic braking system and its main components
• Commercial Skills (Cost Orientation, Business Cases, Market, …)
• Fluent English (German is advantage)
• Customer Orientation
• Ability to analyze and solve challanges
• Ability to work on his own
• Entrepreneurship
• Ability to convince others
